"You look just like them, you know."
Mick looked up from brushing his hair on the bed to notice Ziggy standing in the doorway sipping a freshly made cocktail and smiling coyly towards his guitarist.
"Hm? I look like who?"
Ziggy giggled girlishly and came over to stroke Mick's freshly brushed platinum hair. It was always so soft after a brush and the Anthean couldn't help but slide his fingers under Mick's chin, tapping it playfully as he sometimes did on stage.
"Your parents. Ted and Elsie. You look just like them from your jaw to your long lashes."
Mick blushed a little and set the brush down, taking a swig of gin from the glass on top of the table next to him. Did he really look like his parents that much? Well, it would make sense, since he was their son and only child.
"My dad is such a bloody dirty bastard, mate. You wouldn't believe what he got up to out with Mikkel and the boys. Fuck. He still thinks they're girls."
Ziggy knew most of what went on but promised not to reveal anything because of Elsie. Aarne had filled him in but everyone's lips were sealed to save the man an earache from his wife. Mick was slightly embarassed at how his father got when drunk but then...the apple didn't fall far from the tree, did it?
"Like you then. You can be just as dirty as him, Mick Ronno. I still love you for it."
Ziggy sat down next to Mick, kissing his cheek and then laying his head on his guitarist's shoulder. Maybe it was a good thing to have Mick's parents on the tour to see all the crazy and what went on. Ted seemed to be enjoying himself and Elsie was too, getting pampered by Ziggy, Aarne and whoever else. It was nice to spend time with future in laws because Ziggy knew he'd been spending much more time with the Ronnos as the years went on.
"At least your father didn't strip once he had the Mule. You get completely naked and Aarne has to carry you back to me passed out."
Mick nodded and giggled at Ziggy's words. Of course, Mick did drink some Mule on the night out with his father but not much as usual. Being with your parents caused you to act a different way to being on your own.
"You're right, love. That Syn boy---he kept kissing dad's cheek and it was cute and funny in a way. He kept calling him a cute girl."
Ziggy giggled and could imagine the confusion on Ted's face when he found out about the "girls." All would be revealed in time. Ziggy caressed Mick's arm and sighed, pleased to hear that everyone was still getting on with one another, even though the tour was still growing by each passing month.
"Happy Valentine's Day, mate."
Mick pulled Ziggy in close for a long, sensual kiss before breaking off, smiling. The Anthean could feel Mick's heartbeat loud in his ears as well as the warmth radiating off the human, as he pressed a pale hand to the Brit's chest.
"You too."
